Your experience with CVL Designs begins with a warm, collaborative call. During this initial conversation, Connie & CVL will discuss your vision–weather you’re transforming a kitchen, creating a spa-like bath, or designing custom built-ins, libraries, wine bars or specialty millwork spaces.

This is where we learn about your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and project goals, and begin shaping the foundation of your design journey with clarity and confidence.

We schedule an in-studio/in-home appointment. During this appointment, we: Review the full scope of your project for all areas. • Evaluate spatial flow, architectural details, and functional needs. • Discuss your style preferences, priorities, and investment expectations. • Design services discussed •  The CVL Team will schedule a site visit to measure and take photos.

The CVL team develops a tailored preliminary design concept with plans and a detailed outline of the design path ahead.

The preliminary design concept ensures details are clearly defined from the start, allowing you to move forward with confidence and a complete understanding of the design journey upon agreement of design services. The design is discussed and tailored at this time for your project.

We bring your vision to life through a refined design package that includes: Detailed floor plans and elevations • Custom cabinetry & millwork designs • Tile, countertop, plumbing & hardware selections • Lighting and fixture specifications • Cabinetry and material palettes / finish concepts • 3D renderings and visualizations.

Every element—cabinetry, stone, lighting, appliances, and hardware—is thoughtfully sourced and revised as needed.

Once finalized, we present the full package for your review and prepare the final plans and specifications so your contractor can execute the design with precision.
